Refund policy
We understand the challenges associated with online shopping and offer a 30-day return policy for in-stock merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return qualified items within 30 days of the date of receipt (custom items and some size-adjusted items are non-returnable). Also note that items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and in new condition
- In their original packaging
- Accompanied by a handwritten return authorization number
Please email us in advance for return authorization and return instructions. A return label will be provided to you and $5.95 will be deducted from your refund when it is issued.
Custom pieces are non-returnable. Pieces that have been shortened or lengthened may be refundable at our discretion. Please discuss returns with us prior to requesting adjustments to jewelry. Email us at info@petitemargaux.com
