Repairs & Replacements
We carefully inspect our pieces for defects prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that something should require repair or replacement within the first six months of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace the piece free of charge provided the piece has not been subject to abnormal wear or abuse. We reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. After six months we will gladly repair any piece for a small fee pending material availability.
Should you lose an earring, we may be able to replace the earring at half price. Please contact us for repair and replacement inquiries.
Styling Services
If you are unsure what jewelry type or pieces would work best with a dress or outfit, feel free to send photos to help@petitemargaux.com and we will be happy to share some ideas.
Custom Requests
If you don't see quite what you're looking for or need a slight size adjustment, don't hesitate to ask. Additional quantities, colors and metal finishes may be available upon request. If you see it in silver and would like it in gold for example, we may be able make it happen - just ask! Please note that some custom orders are non-refundable. We will let you know the return policy for your specific request prior to ordering.
Hypoallergenic Materials
All pieces on the Petite Margaux website are made with nickel-free materials.
Gift Wrapping
All of our pieces ship ready to gift in linen pouches, branded boxes and finished with grosgrain ribbon.
