Shipping

At this time, we are currently shipping only to the United States and Canada. Check back frequently because we will be expanding our reach in the coming months. Domestic US First Class shipping is free, expedited shipping is available at additional cost.

In-stock items will ship within 2-3 days. Shipment times on custom and size-adjusted items will vary depending on the availability of materials.

Petite Margaux is not responsible for any lost international orders or delays. Customs fees and value added taxes (VAT), if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns

We understand the challenges associated with online shopping and offer a 30-day return policy for in-stock merchandise. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return qualified items within 30 days of the date of receipt (custom items and some size-adjusted items are non-returnable). Also note that items marked “Final Sale” are non-returnable.

Returned items must be:

  • Unworn and in new condition

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by the packing list with handwritten return authorization number


Please email us in advance for a return authorization number and return instructions. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during shipment back to us or any additional fees related to sending items back.

Custom pieces are non-returnable. Pieces that have been shortened or lengthened may be refundable at our discretion. Please discuss returns with us prior to requesting adjustments to jewelry. Email us at info@petitemargaux.com
