Return Policy

We handcraft all of our jewelry and pride ourselves on providing quality pieces that should last a very long time. We also understand the complications associated with online shopping and offer a 30-day return policy for in-stock (non-custom) merchandise.

You need to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of date of receipt (custom items and some size-adjusted are non-returnable). Please email us in advance for a return authorization number and return instructions. Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for any items that are lost or damaged during shipment back to us.

Custom pieces are non-returnable. Necklaces that have been shortened or lengthened may be refundable at our discretion. Please discuss returns with us prior to requesting adjustments to jewelry.

All returned items must be in their original packaging in unworn condition. When in doubt, contact us first. We promptly return all emails.


Repairs & Replacements

We carefully inspect our pieces for defects prior to shipment. In the unlikely event that something should require repair or replacement within the first six months of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace the piece free of charge provided the piece has not been subject to abnormal wear or abuse. We reserve the right to determine normal wear and usage. After six months we will gladly repair any piece for a small fee.

Should you lose and earring, we can replace the earring (provided the materials are still available) at half price. Please contact us for repair and replacement inquiries.


Custom Orders

If you don't see what you're looking for or need a slight adjustment, don't hesitate to ask. Additional quantities, colors and metals are available upon request. We can work with you to create custom pieces for yourself and your bridal party. Color samples are available - just ask!

Please note that custom orders are non-refundable.

 

 

US Domestic Shipping

All domestic purchases are shipped USPS, Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Express delivery is available upon request at an additional charge.

International Shipping

International shipping is currently available to Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the UK. Shipping prices will vary based on destination and choice of Priority or First Class delivery. Please be advised that international orders may not be able to be tracked once they leave the United States. Petite Margaux is not responsible for any lost international orders or delays. Customs fees or other taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Payment

Petite Margaux accepts valid credit or debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logo. We apologize, but at this time we do not accept PayPal. If you would like to pay with PayPal, please  visit us on Etsy.

Our payment processor (Stripe) exceeds the most stringent industry standards for security.
